We are proud to announce that the ido.fansitehost.com server is now back online with SSD Hard Drives running the OS and all databases. As of 12 CST we copied all account’s databases from the free.fansitehost.com server to the ido.fansitehost.com server. This took about 2 hours so if you made updates between 12:00 AM CST and 2:00 AM CST (on free server) then you will likely have to redo your posts/uploads. Only the databases were affected during the move so any files you uploaded are still safe on the server. If any sites are having database issues since the transfer then please contact us and we will get you all fixed.

This Officially makes all FFH servers use SSD Hard Drives for faster MySQL responses! This will also free up the “old-school” hard disk drives from having to process SQL requests, which means all image/file downloads should be speedier along with Faster FTP & Cpanel!

Currently the free server has (12) 4 TB Hard Drives hosting your files and the ido server has (2) 480 GB SSD’s hosting your databases! The ido server also has 2 TB of disk space available for some of our users that have busier sites. We will start transferring a few sites to the server later this week, we will let you know if your account will be moved by email.

Also when we get the time we will be releasing some PURE SSD Hosting accounts at fansitehost.com – These packages will be very limited and will cost more then you are used to when compared to our Hybrid SSD/Hard Disk Setup that we currently sell. We will have approximately 400 GB of space for “Pure SSD Hosting” so watch for our announcement if you want to try it out!

PS- Memory was also upgraded from 16 GB to 64 GB on the ido.fansitehost.com server!
