Many of your already received an email but here is more information on what to do:

Config files need changed to use 69.65.12.58 instead of localhost in all config files.

WordPress config file is in the public_html directory usually and is called wp-config.php

Copperming config file is in /public_html/GALLERY/includes/config.inc.php

After you make the change if you receive a database access error when loading your site then you need to use cPanel’s “MySQL Databases” to delete your user (at bottom of page) and then re-create the user with the same password (in your config file) and then add the privileges to your database. For some reason all of the users didn’t import correctly so some accounts will have this extra step.
